Linda, Both I and the Quilt Queens arrived at our destinations safely, a great big thank you to you and John for hosting us and providing for a most comfortable stay!!! The outcome of this exchange far exceeded my initial expectations, and to think it will now move onto another state (CT). We may have to do a reunion sometime in the future. I spoke quickly to Naomi yesterday and she said they talked the whole way back about their fun visit to Lansing and it is one they will never forget. They were so happy with the warm welcome they received from everyone there, even people that were not in the exchange. In her words...."we felt so famous"!!!! I am still laughing at some of the events that took place on our visit and I sure hope someone finally rescued John from the bus stop down at MSU!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing your day to day lives with them and the simple things such as your sewing room, your Storybook Quilts, the family photos, your strong connection to MSU, good food, coupons, pillowcases and just plain good conversation about our cultural differences as well as our simalarities. It was a fantastic experience for everyone!!!! Keep in touch. Liz
