Lansing Area Patchers Quilt Show

Last weekend was the Lansing Area Patchers Quilt Show. A 2-day event that was well attended.

Liz is the wonderful person that started the block exchange between ladies from here and some in Japan when she was living there for a couple years. She is standing in front of her schoolhouse quilt.

The ladies who made the trip from Japan for the show inspected all of the quilts. The quilts from this international exchange were on display.

Many of us supported the vendors that were around the edge of the gym.

We even involved our guests in hanging parts of the show.

The ladies got to meet Kay - both at a National Quilting Day event and at our show on Sunday

Take down of the show goes very fast........and people can claim the quilts they have shared with the public.

Crowds were good both days of the show.

After take-down, the Japanese guests and my American friends who were part of the block exchange came to my home for a MSU tailgate.......another post -another day.
