A Party and More Water

Satuday evening Allison and I - and a few quilter friends went to Union City for a 50th wedding anniversary of quilter friend Georgia and her husband Jim. I doubt that the Turtle Creek Golf Club has ever had a doll laying on her counter with a doll drinking her kiddie cocktail!!!!
I saw good friends, the Brogans, from East Lansing and met a real nice lady from Union City - we both go to Polka Dots in Old Town - a bead shop. Sunday brought more water!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Allison was going off the board with many different kinds of jumps.
After the golf tournament, John stopped to see her swim - and jump.


This was a twist!!!!!!

Cross your legs as you go in, pencil, cannonball, split legs - to name a few!!!!!!!!

She would run down the board and jump in........I got a cute movie on the camera - just can't load it to the blog.

She also spent time diving to retreive items from the bottom of the shallow end. She suffers from the same problem that her mom did when she was little - her butt comes to the top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But she was able to bring up treasures. There are many items there to dive for.

After more than 4 hours at the pool, we came home - one tired girl!!!!!!!!!!


I do believe that our time together is coming to an end - Tuesday.......we will all be sad.
