Last night

Monday afternoon Allison got out her bubbles while John was mowing the lawn.
It was a cloudy day so she stayed inside playing with dolls and clothing - I hardly know she is in the bedroom!!!! I spent some time cleaning out the closet, the top of the desk and a couple drawers - lots more that could be done, but I filled a trash bag!!!!!!! We invited Great Grandma Kuhlman to come for dinner - little tasty pork roast and corn on the cob......YUMMY!!!!

Allison got a good night's sleep. These pj's were once worn by her mother. They are of silky asian design.

Tuesday morning, she got a bath and her hair washed - first time since she'd been here because she was in the water almost every other day!!!!

We packed up and drove to Ohio.

And, yes.........it's very quiet here. We miss her, but know that her family (especially Andrew!) missed her too. And she starts third grade next week.

We can look forward to spending a little time together Labor Day weekend - annual family time.
