Like Mother, like daughter!!!!
We heard Beaumont Tower chime as we walked by there.
We went to the Childrens' Garden on campus.
This statue makes for a perfect picture!!!!!!!

As you spin the rail, the frog spits water...........
Allison enjoyed the echo area too.

This fountain provided some water play.........

We had dinner at Noodles and Company in East Lansing and came home...............nice times together.
P.S. - The day did not end quietly. Allison went to bed about 10. I went downstairs to get a drink and found John in a big sweat, moaning and unresponsive - low blood sugar reaction. I ran upstairs for oj, but he could not drink, so I called 911. Allisons' job was to be at the door to let them in. They gave iv and fluids as John was also cramping badly. They hauled John off to the ER about 11 - Janet and Jim, my wonderful neighbors, came over to stay with Allison. She was very good when they were here - watched as they did the iv, got him to eat a couple cookies and peanut butter sandwich and drink a small gatorade. But when I put her to bed before I left, she fell apart with worry - somewhat drama, but somewhat reaction to all she had seen. With some talking and hugging, she fell asleep.

We got home about 2 - after more iv and his own insulin shots as blood sugars had spiked because of the iv's. He is fine today- Friday, but we will watch him closely. His calves are still sore because of the cramping, and he will undoubtedly take a long siesta after lunch. Here is is 10:30 and I'm just getting going!!!!!!!!!!

You are right about a busy day --- wears me out just reading about it! Glad you are all having such a nice time together!
What a beautiful young lady Allison is becoming. And what a joy are your grandchildren,Linda. I'm glad to see how much you are enjoying them at this tender age.
