Block Exchange

This evening was Block Exchange and some people brought their blocks. I brought my camera!!!
These are Carols' blocks - love the shadow. We are all hoping she finally has enuf of these blocks as we did them last year, too.

This is the block for Bonnie - it makes a wonderful secondary pattern. Daisy has us making this snail trail with brown and blue.

These are the music blocks for my sister-in-law. I believe they will get sashed with black........love the colors.
Jan has a lot of work with these blocks - work deciding just how to place them!!!

Dorothy will be adding little applique and whatever to the centers of these blocks with a Southwest theme.

Beth is using LOTS of these in a quilt.

Terry will be embellishing these with running pictures and sayings for her son, John, the runner. I really like the use of green, even tho he is going to that other school in the state.

These little wall hangings are for the summer reading program at my library - drawing prizes for the adults who finish the reading schedule. I have a couple more, too.

I provided a few of these last year and they were a big hit.

It's great to see these quilts laid out --- like having a design wall. Thanks for sharing. ...and I am sure Cindy is equally as fond of your little colorful quilts --- I should have joined the reading contest!
