This is the start of a quilt for my sister in law and husband. It will go in "the barn" - their guest house in West Virginia. It needs to get bigger........borders are in order!!
The blocks are all pieced by hand - using batik fabrics. I will NEVER do that again. I am trainable!!!!!!!!!!!!

This little piece - Triple Nine Patch - won the ribbon for Innovative Piecing at the Sauder Village Quilt Fair this spring.

I just did this little wall hanging for the door to my parents apartment at Burcham Hills. Yes, it's that same block..........I do enjoy hand piecing blocks with curves and lots of pieces.

Linda - our quilt is amazing!! It's going to completely top off the look of the barn!!! I owe you measurements for the borders and will get that for you this weekend when I'm home. THANK YOU for all your hard work on making this so SPECIAL! You're da bomb!
P.S. did Cindy like your pink hair?!
As long as it takes me to handquilt, I can only imagine how long my hand piecing would take! --- but, I certainly admire yours. These quilts are wonderful and the recipients are lucky!
