I've Been Working on my Block Exchange...all the live, long.....

I started cutting some pieces for block exchange blocks. This is what I have done so far........

The green/orange is for Daisy - she provided the leaf print.

The little triangles (lower right pic) - LOTS OF THEM!!!! - are for Carol. All came from my scrap bag!!!!!! There are 13 triangles in the 4 squares and 9 in the middle - total - LOTS!!!
That block will really be scrapy!!!! I have been sewing them together in the evenings. That is when I do my best hand piecing.........

Terry - it was fun to use the print that I got. Love that witch!!!!!!
These triangles for Roxie went together so fast - I had to make 2 "pairs"!!!!

I have cut out pieces for a few more blocks and for the next quilt-a-long sunflower blocks. I need some hand piecing to take to Debs' next weekend. Hopefully I won't finish too many of them this week!!!!!!!!!!!

Linda, I love your blocks for B-E -- especially my Chimneys and Cornerstones. The only thing I've done with mine is to organize them by date -- and then I'll probably start making the easier blocks first regardless of when they're due. Daisy

I love what you did with Terry's Halloween witch. She's going to have a fun quilt.

When I was sewing Roxie's blocks, I found out that I have many black-on-white fabrics, but only one good white-on-black print ... so I know what I'll be buying at Lakeshore next weekend! Want to help me shop?

I'm cutting out hand-sewing pieces for Debra's too. I think this will be a productive Rereat. :)

Wow! You are way ahead of me --- I've pulled a couple of fabrics. I have some catching up to do, before "rereat"! Love the blocks you've done so far, Linda!
