Special Guests

Last evening we enjoyed some time with cousins from Pennsylvania - Keirstin and Trevor - and their dad. They are here for the weekend. Both are college students home for the weekend - and a quick visit to Michigan.
We haven't seen these young people for years............ Andrew was playing shy.........

But quickly warmed up to Trevor.

Trevor is just as much ham as Andrew!!!!!!!
Allison always likes the young ladies. Keirstin has a nice lap to snuggle in.
The new doll, Allison has done everything with us......

It was also a chance to get a picture with the Greats. I try to keep these updated.
The kids left this morning to return to Ohio. We have had a very nice visit........as they drove away - shortly after 11 am, they had to slow for 5 deer walking down the middle of the road!!!!!!!!!!
Mango can now come out of the closet. He has spent most of his days behind my clothing in the back of my closet - too much excitement and noise for him.

One more New Years' picture. John says there are not many pictures of me - somebody has to be behind the camera!!!!!

Are these children of your cousin? Nice that you are able to keep contact with them. I enjoy the "curiosity" look in Andrew's eyes --- is he into everything? Your Mom and Dad look good --- hope they have a healthful year.

Great pix of the grands - as usual! And nice to see a photo of you too!

The big kids are my niece and nephew - children of Johns' brother Tim.
Andrew is a very nice, verbal almost 2 and a half year old. I don't find him into everything - he plays well by himself and with his siblings. Ashley reported that he has a little football that says "Go Buckeyes" when you throw it. Andrew repeats many things that are said and this one comes out "Go fu**eyes"

Linda!!!!! It's Valerie Clarke from the Red Beret Exhibit. Your blog is great. I'm retired and living in NYC but working with Alfred P. Sloan Museum in re-organizing the Red Berets. Do you still have your quilt? You look terrific, BTW. I'll be with Gwen Marston on Beaver Island the second week in January. Looking forward to catching up. valerie.clarke@gmail.com
