Little wildflowers are springing up - thanks to some nice weather this weekend.
The trillium - four groups of them - are in the back gardens, the lady slipper on the hill, and the violets are in the front - and all over the back yard, as are little spring beauties. It is really nice to see. The grass is really green.
We are getting much needed rain this morning - and it will help the little buds on the flowering trees to really pop out. I think I can see the little leaves on the flowering tree in the front growing!!!
I actually sat on the deck and finished my book yesterday afternoon - after working in Lowell. The warmth of the sun felt so good that I also took a short nap in the chair!!!
I guess I needed a little shut-eye.......am working six days this week......
