It was NOT spring weather this week............but we found things to do.
Monday we went to Meijer Gardens to see the butterflies. They are all over the large greenhouse!!!!!!!!!
The new attraction this year is the "Clear Wing Butterfly" - really clear wings!
Tuesday we went on a mystery trip - to a show at Wharton Center - Anti Gravity. The players were out in the lobby afterwards and Alexander got autographs.
Wednesday we had over 3 inches of snow and stayed home.
Thursday I had to do my Baby Storytime at the library and we all went there. John went out to dinner with his golfing buddies and we went to the Chinese buffet and Quilt Guild for a short while.
Friday was shopping and Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Thomas came for dinner.
Saturday we went to the Michigan Historical Museum downtown Lansing
In between all the outings, the kids played with legos, played games, had tea with a little tea set, painted, played minature golf downstairs, and we enjoyed the time with each other.
Having a little one crawl into bed with you in the morning is the BEST!!!!!!
Sunday I took them to Bowling Green, Ohio and met their parents....it's back to school for them this week....and back to work for me!!
