Baby Quilts

There's a new little girl in town.
She will get this small quilt to lay on. It's made from leftover strips from a guild challenge This is the back of that one.

I had to have something for her big sister. She was in my baby story time.

This was made Tuesday afternoon. Simple, modern quilt. I had the 5 appliqued hearts sitting on the counter. The great "kiss me" frog fabric was something I just HAD to have a while back.

This is meant to carry around or cover up in or whatever Miss Iselin wants to do with it.

That's Mango. He was sound asleep when I brought the quilt upstairs to take a picture. He just has to get cat hair on a new quilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone got MY picture this morning at Baby Story time. I LOVE Thursday mornings.

this post makes me so happy. we thought (and talked) a lot about you today. mateo pointed out that his booster seat was from miss linda. he asked to go see you. then we noticed that ruby starts swaying when we say "tick tock tick tock, i'ma little cuckoo clock!". :) and then we went to the library where they are having a quilting competition and have over 100 quilts strung from the ceiling.

hugs from all of us!

I still have some of those challenge fabrics --- not sure what I did with the original piece. Anyway --- I like the way you used the leftovers --- great quilt!
