I have made an effort to be using fabric from my closet........I have PLENTY!!!!
The past few months I have been hand piecing and hand appliquing on this piece - 12 blocks with applique on the top and bottom borders. I have no more of the fabrics - and it needs to be finished. This fabric is years old, and the colors are no longer popular, but I found a neat geometric print and 3 colors that will work their magic into something for borders........
I also found these runners!!! The are tiny - about 1/2 inch high.........but they called to me.
Also got out for a 5 mile walk this afternoon - stretch those sore muscles from the half marathon. And I signed up for another half - in the spring - and NOT on a trail!!!

what fabric store? I love the running fabric - did it come in other colors too?
You found the perfect "go along" fabrics!...and the only thing that would make the runners fabric even better would be that it was in lime green!! ...and that fabric store is where?
