Fabric!!!!!!!!!!!

First the fabric has to be spun, then washed, then rinsed twice................. Melody assures us that she does not have a designated washer - no problem. She is right - no problem!!!!!!!!!!!

I started washing last evening and finished up this morning. These are the yellows and greens.
The lights.............. didn't do many of those. It's on the list for the future.
And the blue/purples.

The special editions............will do MORE of these. Especially the pleated effect.
These are done on a board (often 3 thicknesses) and take longer to dry.

My pinks and reds............guess I did more of these than any other colors!!!!!!!!

And the empty containers - not all of them!!!

I am very happy with the results. I wish I could have hung them on the closeline for viewing but we are getting some much needed rain. The light in my room is not the best for photos.

I have done inventory of my dyes and look forward to ordering more "prepared for dyeing" fabric and dyes from Dharma in the near future. John has volunteered to get me a foam board from Lowes - will fit in his truck better than my car!!
