I started on the easiest blocks - and have machine pieced seven of them so far.
The center block in the picture is for Georgia - and I'm hand piecing that one. It is not a quickly pieced block!!!!!!!!!!!
I have Lisas' block cut out and ready to hand piece next.Blizzard is predicted for overnight. I am ready........just hope we keep the heat!!!!!!!

I hope I am able to cut and sew blocks again soon. I am really missing sewing while my wrist heals.

I see my blocks!!! I pieced 8 on Friday night (the easy ones first) and 2.5 more tonight. Phyllis's is a little tricky. Have fabric picked out for Dorothy and Daisy's blocks. That just leaves Terry's and Georgia's. I will surely have quilting time tomorrow during the blizzard.
I saw my block, too --- love it!! The Red Cross is closed today (it's Wednesday), so won't be able to donate blood, as scheduled --- and, the library is closed,too --- so can't return my books that are due. I'm going to the sewing machine soon!!
