This is from a block exchange in 2006.
It is for the bed of someone very special to us.

This has been finished for some time. It's a take off from a pattern that Carolyn did - only I couldn't do it as printed - too folky for me!!!!!! I also couldn't do that vase and vien and flowers 4 times - 2 was enuf!
Lots of beads on this one. Crystal beads in all the diagonal one inch squares - sure beats hand quilting thru seams!!!!

This is a project in the works.......may be getting an applique vine.......that's the hand dyed fabric from my summer workshop with Melody Johnson.

I got out for a 3.7 mile walk this morning - felt good........and good to walk with friends. I do have a race scheduled for April 2 - Race for Reading at the Delta Township library. I am slower than last year - don't know why!!!!

I vaguely remember sewing a block for the first quilt - we've made so many that it is hard to remember all of them! So glad this one is finished and delivered.
Love the other two too. I like watching your progress as the third one grows. :)
All three are great, but I really love the last one. Love the Jane Sassaman fabric and the hand dye. Very, very creative and inspiration. So far, I haven't had an inspiration for my hand dye's.
Sigh. Bonnie
love quilt #2! (and 1 and 3 :) and that hand dyed fabric is SO cool!
