Allison picked out a new backpack for school - it has a matching lunch box, too!!!
Allison has enjoyed going to the pool. She is very confident with her swimmies - I don't blow them up all the way...she doesn't know that. However, she is NOT going to put her head in the water to swim. She is really trying to use her arms and kick - but with that head out of water, she doesn't go very well........another year!!!!
She brings some Polly Pocket dolls to play with at the pool. They fell off the kickboard, so she found a mask as was going to dive for them, but decided that she "just couldn't do it."
She really enjoyed it when her Grandpa came to the pool........he had her so relaxed on her back.....she tried to do it on her own, too.
I love the hairdo - braids tied up in the pony tail. When I was little, that was called sugar bowls. Sure keeps it out of the way for swimming!!!!
I took Allison to meet her dad in Indiana - he had picked up Alexander from his National Young Scholars Camp in Illinois - and had a great time.
Now our house is quiet - only Mango to snuggle with.
